A community COVID-19 and Flu vaccine clinic, through a partnership with Northern Light Health and Saco School Department, will be held on Wednesday, February 2 from 1:00-6:00 PM at Saco Middle School in the gym. All are welcome, no appointment necessary. Vaccines are provided at no out-of-pocket costs (insurance will be billed for clinical administration only if provided)
Northern Light Health will be offering first and second COVID-19 vaccine doses for ages 5+ and booster doses for 12+. Flu vaccines will also be available. To be eligible for your booster, you must have received your last vaccine dose at least five (5) months prior for Pfizer/Moderna or two (2) months prior for J&J.
Consent can be completed upon arrival or you may opt to print and bring the completed form with you; the forms are linked below. Please remember to bring previous COVID-19 vaccination cards with you.
