Daily Student Announcements-
Struggling with your writing? Come to the Writing Center! Peer tutoring is available every day during Block 3 in the Yearbook Lab. Sign up using the QR code on the posters in the hallway or by asking your teacher for a link.
Homecoming is fast approaching! Please let students know that there will be dresses in the Media Center for anyone in need of one. All the student needs to do is to get a pass from the librarian (Ms. Innes or Ms. Berry) first thing in the morning for a specific time and date. A PASS WILL BE NEEDED.
If the librarian sees it is during class time, she will reach out to the teacher for approval. After school appointments can also be made until 3:15 p.m.
Student Council - Homecoming is just around the corner - which means the student council is busy preparing to make this year's Spirit Week and Rally the best yet! Interested in making a difference? Want to help make BHS a better place? Want to serve the student body? See Mr. Grover or Nurse Taschereau for information on getting involved as a representative. Our meetings will be held at 3pm on Monday afternoons in Grover's classroom. Your voice and ideas are important!!--
Biddeford Recreation (Cub Care) is looking for employees interested in working with kids. They have flexible hours (are open to working around sports). Generally the hours would be after school until 530. The starting pay scale is $15 - more potentially with experience. It is negotiable. An awesome aspect for teens is they have nights and weekends off. They are a great crew!! Anyone interested should email alisha.keezer@biddefordmaine.org for more details.
