Dear BMS, SMS, BHS and SJS Parents/Guardians and Staff,
We are pleased to host a COVID-19 vaccine booster clinic for all students ages 12+ and staff through a partnership with York County Emergency Management Agency. The clinic will be held on Wednesday, January 19 from 1:00-6:00 pm at Biddeford High School’s Tiger Gym. You must have received your last vaccine dose at least five (5) months prior for Pfizer/Moderna or two (2) months prior for J&J to be eligible for your booster.

The timeframe of 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm is exclusively reserved for BHS students having the booster while at school. All other times are open for appointments to BMS, BHS, SMS, SJS students, staff as well as employee’s children.
BHS Parents Only:
If you opt to have their child vaccinated while at school, please choose the appointment slot from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm and BHS staff will coordinate the ideal time for your child to attend the clinic based on their class schedule.
You must complete this Consent Form and submit electronically to vaccine@biddefordschools.me in advance and return by Tuesday, January 18th.
Anyone attending the clinic after 2:00pm must have a parent/guardian accompany them. The consent form can be completed upon arrival or you may opt to print and bring the completed form with you.
Please remember to bring previous vaccination cards to the clinic appointment.
The COVID-19 vaccine booster is provided at no cost through York County Emergency Management Agency.
